Technological advantages

Forged flanges have a denser internal structure and better mechanical properties compared to cast flanges. They can withstand higher shear and tensile forces and have a lower carbon content, making them less prone to rusting

The production process includes cutting, heating, forming, and cooling after forging. Depending on the demand, free forging, die forging, or membrane forging can be selected

Key equipment

The flange forging hydraulic press uses liquid pressure to transmit energy and has functions such as anti eccentric load, fixed stroke/pressure control, and pressure holding. It is suitable for materials such as stainless steel and alloy steel.

The combination of large-scale ring rolling machines (such as 2-meter CNC models) and gas forging furnaces can form an efficient integrated ring forging production line

Two axis forging manipulator

Adopting servo drive technology and adapting to existing machine tools, it has high cost-effectiveness and stable performance, suitable for single process forging and feeding. The installation method is ground installation, with a repeat positioning accuracy of±0.20mm.

Typical applications include open punch press three process forging, and two robotic arms can work together to complete multiple process operations.

Three axis swing arm robot

Through flexible three-axis swing arm design, complex forging process automation is achieved, such as continuous forging of multiple processes, and servo drive ensures high operating speed and stability.

Suitable for forging bearing rings, it can be used in conjunction with high-temperature resistant clamps to complete the entire process of upsetting, forming, and cutting.

Four axis swing arm forging manipulator

Specially designed for forging/stamping, the end rotation function supports circular product processing, the servo system provides high-precision control, and the operation interface is simple and easy to understand.
