Three axis linkage structure
Adopting a gantry truss design and equipped with a gear rack transmission system, it is suitable for high load, high-precision scenarios and can support heavy-duty module operation.
Some models combine articulated structures to enhance swing flexibility, with a repeat positioning accuracy of up to 0.04mm
Implementation of arm swing function
The swing arm action is driven by a servo motor, combined with end effectors such as vacuum suction cups or grippers, to achieve grasping, rotation, and positioning during the hot forging process
High temperature resistance and heavy load capacity
Some models are designed specifically for heavy-duty environments, such as truss manipulators used for automatic loading and unloading, with a maximum load capacity of several hundred kilograms

Hot forging process: used for high-temperature forging handling, mold positioning, and rapid transfer of forged workpieces after forging
